Very important factor will
be the new policy related to management and human resource.
Each employee in the newly renovated hotel will work with
highly cultural style and high professional level. All kind
of operative activities will be supported with the newest
computer equipment with installed software.
Beside this, the founders decided to surround its guests
with luxury environment, and for that reason they used only
high quality and expensive materials and equipment as granite,
Spanish transparent marble, leather furniture, chandelier
from Czech crystal, brassy accessories, sheets and towels
form natural fabrics and dinner set from porcelain, crystal
and stainless steel. In the common areas it is planned to
install 3 plasma TV-sets connected with satellite antenna
and VCR devices. The guests will have the opportunity to
use hotel's computers and to hold business meetings. For
the comfort in the object it is planned a general system
of acclimatization and ventilation and additional air conditioners
in each room.
For creating pleasant environment, of course, here will
be the aperitif bar where our guest could spend few pleasant
hours, and in the evening to be promptly and qualitatively
serviced with attractive cocktails, but also with rich assortment
of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. In the afternoon
hours our respected guests
could enjoy and gain for gratis the delicious specialties
of our sweet table.
The new version of the hotel
"Atlantic" will have total area of 4.236m2, of
which 1.204 m2 are under the hotel, and 3.032m2 is yard.
The ground floor is 996.16m2, rooms on three floors 1084.13m2.
The parking area in front of the hotel-1000m2, outside steps
-50m2, pool and pool bar-200m2, park and green area 1782m2.
The residential capacities planned as follows and you could
see 5,6 and 7:
- 10 one-bed rooms, 13 two-bed rooms, and 3 apartments.
On the ground floor (scheme number 8) will be placed:
- casino, main hall-801.76 m2
- cashier-13.81m2
- room for dealers-25.98m2
- toilet-47.19m2
- reception-39.40m2
- manager's office-7.90m2
- kitchen-54.86m2
Creating with the last technical means the possibility for
unlimited functioning of the private business-activities
of our guests, and for their accompanies joyful and modern
entertainment, we can say that in the standard equipment
in each room will be included also: mini bar with refrigerator,
TV with installed modem for Internet connection, VCR, satellite
programs, fax, music system and Play-station for the children.
During the summer period an open swimming pool will operate
included in the hotel, and beside it there will be a pool
bar, where our guests can rest from the summer heat.
Of course, in this part also, as in the others, as an imperative
of our operating is to provide high quality service by highly
professional and experienced employees.
CASINO
Differently from the other
casinos in the region the casino "Atlantic" will
work with every visitor separately, so that each of our
guests will be served with special respect. We begin to
take care of our guest from their homes in Greece, where
from we secure free transport to the casino. When entering
the casino each visitor will have to pay 25 euro (for permanent
and big customers, which will have special membership cards
the entrance will be free), and with this will have coins
for playing in value of 25 euro, free dinner, free drinks
during the whole evening, and opportunity to participate
in lotteries and rewarding games-every weekend and every
month.
For the visitors of the casino that have peculiar taste
with special requirements it is predicted system of membership
in separate casinos from closed type in the casino, so called
Prive, with rich choice of games: except the usual roulette
and black jack, in the Prive can be played also baccarat,
and craps and poker (American and Caribbean), and all those
games with a possibility of high variability of minimum
and maximum bets . Except all this, in the mentioned areas
there will be special bar with special service and luxury
offer.
Also, many changes are planned in the sector with slot-machines.
There would not be only poker and classical linear slot-machines.
In the part predicted for electronic games, will be installed
different machines: electronic roulettes, electronic black
jack, electronic races, electronic Caribbean and American
poker, as well as simple slot-machines with different gradation
of minimal bets. All slot-machines will be connected with
common system of progressive jack pot without any limit
of the premium.
